1. The reporting system operates via Google Sheets, which automatically saves your input. You may revise the Result Sheet as needed
until you click the “Submit Result” button.
2. After completing the Result Sheet, please
click the “Submit Result” button.
3. The completed Result Sheet will be sent to the email address provided in the “Result Sheet Form”
within 1 hour
as proof of submission.
Note: Once the email is received, the submission is considered complete, and
no further edits will be permitted.
The file access will be changed to “read only.”
