1. The reporting system operates through Google Sheets, which automatically saves your input. You may fill in and revise the Result Sheet as many times as needed
until you tick the checkbox next to the statement "Please confirm the submission of results."
2. Once you have completed the Result Sheet,
please tick the checkbox below next to the statement "Please confirm the submission of results."
3. After ticking the checkbox, the system will automatically send the completed Result Sheet to the email address provided in the “Result Sheet Form”
within 1 hour
as proof of your submission.
Note: Once you receive the Result Sheet via email, CLPT will consider your submission complete, and
you will no longer be able to edit the submitted data.
Your access permission to the file will be changed to “Viewer".
